Symbiosis???

Symbiosis???

Symbiosis???

It is said that Blue hana goby (Ptereleotris hanae), Datehaze (Prawn goby, Amblyeleotris japonica) and Snapping shrimp (Alpheus brevicristatus De Haan, 1844) are in a symbiotic relationship. I watched their behavior from behind of the rock of reef. Blue hana goby always goes out to play. All his job is enjoyed swimming. And when he feels even a bit of the enemy’s signs, he rushes coming back to the nest, and jumps into the hole. Datehaze only watches the nest. Just watching. When an enemy comes, he only runs away alone into the nest. No warning for buddies.  Snapping shrimp alone makes their nest hole by himself. And he is continuing to abandon the sands and stones from their nest hole which are dropped down by Blue hana goby and Datehaze. Who can say that is in a symbiotic relationship?

This is the world. Under the sea also.
